NYCにある今は使われていない船荷用の高架線路をリノベーションして、遊歩道と公園にした”Highline”という施設だそうだ。
移動に使ったり、散歩につかったり、イベントをする場所として使ったりと公共建築として市民の満足度がかなり高い建築物だそう。大都市の空中にこんな素敵なところがあるのは素晴らしい。
